Files and processing
Files you upload are used only to perform the compression you request. Input files are removed after processing. Result files are stored behind private, unguessable links and deleted automatically after the configured retention period, normally one hour.
Usage information
We record aggregate tool activity, original and result file sizes, success status, time, and a one-way hash of the visitor IP address for abuse prevention and service statistics. We do not store raw IP addresses in compression statistics.
Accounts and cookies
If you create an account, WordPress stores your email address, username, password hash, and profile settings. Essential cookies support login, security, and site operation. Compress.pk does not include advertising code or ad-tracking cookies.
