Will compression reduce quality?+
Some compression trades a little detail for a much smaller file. The Balanced setting is designed to keep that change hard to notice, while Best quality preserves more detail.
How long are files kept?+
Input files are removed immediately after processing. Compressed results are temporary and expire automatically, usually within one hour.
Why can a video take longer?+
Video compression has to examine and rebuild every frame. Duration, resolution, and the original codec all affect processing time.
